Wild Critters

Viewing wildlife on any trip is always a special moment. For quite a few years I have used a large format 4x5 camera and while it is great for capturing detail within inanimate objects the 4x5 is just not practical for shooting wildlife. I would often go on trips and come across some wonderful wildlife photo opportunities but would have to settle on just enjoying the moment. The images in this gallery are from a few specific trips that I have taken just to photograph wildlife and from the odd occasion when I have been using a 35mm camera. Lately like so many other photographers I have started using DSLR's so perhaps in the next while this gallery will start to get bigger, lets hope so.
